School Sports

With numerous high schools teams and three colleges, there is always a game on in Conway. Conway Public Schools and St. Joseph Catholic schools compete within the Arkansas Activities Association. Conway is a 5A school and St. Joseph is a 2A school. Conway Christian School competes within the Arkansas Christian Conference.

College sports abound as well. The University of Central Arkansas - UCA is a member of the Gulf South Conference and is classified as a Division II school by the NCAA. Hendrix College is a member of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) and is classified as a Division III school by the NCAA. Central Baptist College is a member of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA), and has a Division 1 status within this Association.

Whether it is watching a small high school play their rival, or watching a NCAA football team, there is always great fun to be had.
