The Chamber's membership base is comprised of representatives from over 650 businesses ranging in size from one-employee shops to large manufacturing firms. All types of businesses are represented, along with representatives from many of Faulkner County's non-profit organizations.
The Chamber's mission is to serve as the focal point in the development and implementation of ongoing programs and projects aimed at creating quality economic growth, protecting and enhancing a business climate which is conducive to the profitable operation of business, industry, agriculture, education, the professions, and to expand the opportunities for all area residents to enjoy an increasing level of income and quality life.
The Chamber committee structure has been formulated to accomplish this mission. The committees and professional staff of the Chamber address a variety of concerns such as industrial development, tourism promotion, leadership training, education and government issues affecting business.

The committee structure provides members with the opportunity to get directly involved in the community and thus ensures that the Chamber's actions accurately express the business community's sentiments.
The Chamber's governing body is its Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of business and community leaders who have demonstrated a concern for and understanding of community issues. The Board is supported by an experienced professional Chamber staff.
The Conway Area Chamber of Commerce is one of the most active chambers in the state and sponsors numerous programs and activities for its members and the community including Toad Suck Daze, Business and Industry Trade Show, Children's Health Fair, Second Monday Luncheon and Business After Hours.
The board, staff and members demonstrate a commitment to excellence and work to ensure a prosperous future for area citizens.
