The Conway Career Center is one of about 16 magnet secondary vocational training schools across the state. It was created in 1972 to serve job training needs and interests in this area. All public and private schools within a 25 mile radius are eligible to send students for job specific training. Schools served in Conway include Greenbrier, Mt.Vernon-Enola, Guy, Quitman, Bigelow, St. Joseph, Mayflower and Vilonia.
Evening and summer classes are also available for adults and local industry employee training.
Courses presently offered include: metal trades, construction trades, cosmetology, advance computer applications, electronics, drafting and medical professions education. A new facility is planned for the 1999-2000 school year that will house auto body training.

We are only one of two Adult Education Centers that has a full-time vocational instructor providing computer training to approximately 2000 students in industry and the community and at the lowest price in the community.

The Little Rock ITT Technical Institute is one of 59 institutes in 26 states operated by Indianapolis-based ITT Educational Services, Inc. (ITT/ESI). The mission is to provide the highest quality of education and services required to prepare our students for careers in education-related employment fields.
The programs of study are 2 years in length and include Associate Degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology and Computer-Aided Drafting Technology. These programs are designed with industry's needs in mind. ITT Technical Institute is located at 4520 South University Avenue.

Pulaski Technical College is located in North Little Rock at 3000 West Scenic Drive. To meet the needs of its students, Pulaski Technical College offers 32 associate degrees and technical certification programs in four areas: business and computer info systems, health and human services, industrial and manufacturing technology, and transportation technology. PTC also offers freshman and sophomore college and university transfer courses as well as developmental courses in areas such as mathematics, reading and English. Evening classes are available in most areas of study as well as customized training for business and industry.
Pulaski Technical College, housed in a 100,000 square foot modern facility located on a 40 acre site, serves over 2,000 students a year.

Remington College opened in 1994 on a 4.2 acre site at 7601 Scott Hamilton Drive in Little Rock. The campus now covers 43,000 square feet.
